SHERMIN SHAMS SYDER

Shermin holds both a Master's Degree and a Bachelors of Law (LLB). She started her career within the commercial real estate where she has led Operations & Management teams.


She has successfully managed multi-tenanted buildings for multiple concurrent in-situ refurbishments and relocations. She has extensive experience generating project cost reports and project contract management. She has worked with both Landlords and Tenants.


GRAHAM SYDER

Graham holds a Master’s Degree in Construction Project Management and a Degree in Engineering. He attained chartered status from the Association of Project Management (MAPM) and the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB).


He has successfully delivered a wide range of commercial fit-out projects across the UK and EMEA region. Graham's expertise is particularly apparent in the field of buildings engineering services, with a specific focus on mechanical, electrical, and public health services and cost analysis drawing on over 15 years of experience.
